Yes. One of our licensed plumbers is on call overnight and across the weekend, so there is always someone to send. Standard hours are 7am to 5pm Monday to Friday with no call-out fee. Outside those hours an after-hours call-out fee applies, and we will let you know the fee before we head out, so nothing on the invoice comes as a surprise.
Yes, fully licensed and insured, and a paying member of the Master Plumbers’ Association of Queensland. That membership is not just a logo on the website. Members hold current licensing and insurance and work to the Association’s code of conduct, which is the standard we are held to on every job. We are also licensed gas fitters and have backflow certification.
